Honouring Tribal representatives of PRI
On January 28, Neethi Vedhi honored newly elected Tribal representatives to the local self-government institutions of Wayanad district.

The governing body meeting of Neethi Vedhi was held on October 16, in the afternoon at MGT Hall, Kalpetta. Ms Flaisy Jose, Secretary, presented the activity report of the past six months. The president informed the meeting that the SCN Sisters had agreed to permit Neethi Vedhi to continue office functioning at Kaakavayal until 31st March 2026, and that efforts were being made to obtain CSR projects for Neethi Vedhi. The meeting also discussed the possibility of shifting the office to Kalpetta. It was decided to make the organization more active by engaging the services of retired personnel. The meeting further decided to organize a residential camp for tribal youth in November. 11 members attended the meeting.
