On May 19, 2026, Peace Committee meeting was held at Kalpetta Municipality. Ms. Sherly Jose welcomed the participants. The meeting was presided over by Ms. Soumya S, Vice Chairperson and inaugurated by Mr Viswanathan P, the Municipal Chairman.
Mr. Ravi was elected as Chairman, Ms Geetha as Convener, Ms Sarojini and Ms Chithra as Core Team Volunteers. Various issues in the Municipality requiring intervention of Neethi Vedhi were discussed. Ms. Flaisy Jose, Director of Neethi Vedhi, facilitated the discussions. Mr Jyothish Kumar delivered vote of thanks. 25 persons participated in the peace committee meeting.
