Christmas-New Year celebration at Kayalinkal women club
On December 26th, a Christmas–New Year celebration was organized at the Kayalinkal Pulari Women’s Club.

The review meeting of Vellamunda panchayat peace committee was held at City Auditorium on 9th June at 3 pm. Mr. Ahammed Koduvery welcomed the participants. Ms. Seenath, standing committee chairperson, presided over the meeting. Ms. Sudhi Radhakrishnan, panchayat president, inaugurated the meeting. Mr. Arun, taluk coordinator presented the report. Adv. Fr. Stephen Mathew, Neethi Vedhi President, explained the role of peace committees and importance of mediation to resolve conflicts. The members shared the importance of assuring justice for all especially the tribal communities in the panchayat. The committee was reconstituted with the panchayat President as Chairperson. Mr. Thomas, vice chairman, proposed vote of thanks.
